1. Kory Malcheski appeals the judgment of conviction for driving while intoxicated in violation of Wis. Stat. § 346.63(1)(a), third offense, and the court order suspending his license on the ground that he had refused to submit to a chemical test pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 343.305, the implied consent statute. We reject his challenges to the admissibility of the results of the chemical test performed on his blood and his constitutional challenge to the implied consent statute. We affirm the judgment and order.
